Returns & Rufund Policy

All our items have a 14 day money back guarantee, so if you are not satisfied, please return the goods in original condition including all packaging to us for a full refund or exchange to 22 Bruning Street St Kilda Vic 3183 or by Australia Post to PO Box 2159 Prahran Vic 3183. 

Returns must be made within 14 days, accompanied by your reciept of purchase (Please email us if you require another copy) & should be carefully packed, insured and freight pre-paid.Goods cannot be returned or exchanged without adequate proof they were purchased from e-marineworld. We are unable to accept freight collect shipments nor can we be responsible for loss or damage to returned parcels.

Your order history will be kept for future reference once you have verified your email address. You can always check on the status of a shipment under your order history.
