Ordering

Orders can be made online 24 hours a dayseven days a week or by phone us during bussiness hours All orders are processed in Australian Dollars.
You will receive a confirmation email upon ordering to confirm your payment and you will also receive a shipping confirmation upon despatch of your order.

Two ways to place orders online.

1) Simply complete the checkout details and enter your preferred card type of Visa or Mastercard and away you go.

2) Register your details with us to make future purchases simpler and quicker. Simply Register and away you go. When you return and log back in and your delivery details will appear for you. As a registered user you will also be able to retrieve your order history details so you can keep track of which blends you have purchased.

Note: You’ll still have to enter your card details as we don’t store your card details on our site.

Upon completion of your order at checkout time you will receive a confirmation email confirming your transaction and order.

A shipping confirmation will also be sent.

Out of stock items

You will be notified as soon as possible if any item is out of stock. At your discretion Tricor Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 42 006 618 453) trading as e-marineworld will provide you with a full refund or advise you with an estimated delivery date.

Shipping

Tricor Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 42 006 618 453) trading as e-marineworld offers a flat rate shipping fee of $13.50 Australia Wide to capital cities. Remote areas may incur extra shipping charges. Heavy items greater the 5 Kgs may require extra shipping charges.

All stock items are shipped on the same day where possible. If your item is urgent please contact us to discuss shipping options.

Tricor Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 42 006 618 453) trading as e-marineworld uses Australia Post overnight express shipping for most small items.. Please refer to the Australia Post delivery timeframes. As a guide shipping items ordered for delivery to metropolitan areas within Victoria and New South Wales will arrive on the next business day. Allow an additional one to two days for deliveries to Queensland, Tasmania and South Australia and another three to five days for Western Australia.

Shipping charges are calculated depending upon the size, weight and volume of your purchases and shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed prior to the final checkout and credit card authorisation.

Returns

Returns & Rufund Policy

All our items have a 14 day money back guarantee, so if you are not satisfied, please return the goods in original condition including all packaging to us for a full refund or exchange to PO Box 2159 Prahran Vic 3183.

Returns must be made within 14 days, accompanied by your reciept of purchase (Please email us if you require another copy) & should be carefully packed, insured and freight pre-paid.Goods cannot be returned or exchanged without adequate proof they were purchased from e-marineworld. We are unable to accept freight collect shipments nor can we be responsible for loss or damage to returned parcels.
